Papa’s Saw Shop Product and Service Warranty

Papas Saw Shop 

(seller) will warranty all equipment sold and serviced through Papas Saw Shop against any manufacturer and/or installation defects to the purchaser (buyer). Papas Saw Shop will repair or replace equipment purchased from seller for a period not to exceed 36 months under the following conditions:

 

1. All equipment purchased or repaired through Papas must use Amsoil full synthetic oil purchased at our retail store or online at www.papasshop01.com.

2. All equipment purchased or repaired at Papa's Saw shop MUST be inspected by a Papas lawn and garden representative every 3 months, this inspection is a FREE service and does not include any sharpening or service to equipment, this is only an inspection to ensure your equipment is running at its peak performance. 

 

3. During the duration of this warranty equipment repaired and/or purchased from Papas will NOT to be repaired by any other Shop, or person not associated with Papas Saw Shop without prior permission from Papas. Seller will color code parts on all machinery, if these codes are tampered with, this warranty will be null and void. 

 

4. Seller maintains the right to update and or amend this agreement at any time, buyer will be bound by any updates and/or amendments made to this agreement.

The following are items NOT covered by this warranty:

 

A. Any equipment that has not met the qualifications above.

 

B. Papas will not be held liable or responsible for any damage to equipment from and not limited to, mistreatment of equipment, lack of regular maintenance, using improper gas/ oil mixture in 2 cycle engines and/or obvious abuse of said equipment.

 

C. This warranty does not cover any modifications made to said equipment purchased or any damage resulting from said modifications. 

 

D. Any equipment failure resulting from dirt, dust, wood chips, saw dust, excessive vacuum or any other foreign material damaging said part.

 

 

This warranty is voluntary by both parties (seller and buyer), buyer is free to leave the conditions of this warranty at any time.  If conditions of this warranty are not met, this warranty becomes null and void, seller will be released from this agreement by default and is not renewable. 

 

This warrantee is NOT transferable. 

 

Both parties understand and agree that aftermarket parts may be used to satisfy the requirements of this warranty.
